Belinda Hays

Belinda Hays

PT, DPT, Owner/President and Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Belinda Hays, a Seymour, Indiana native, founded Progressive Physical Therapy in 1987 to bring quality PT care to rural communities with limited provider access. With over 40 years of clinical experience, she earned her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Indiana University (1981) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute of Health Professions (2010). She specializes in orthopedics, spine rehab, post-surgical rehab, ergonomics, and work injury management, and holds certifications in the Astym® system and DSI Work Solutions FCAs. An active APTA member, Belinda has held leadership roles with Indiana APTA and the Indiana Worker's Compensation Institute. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with family, her grandchildren, and her pets.
